RCB radio will be presenting an original and distinctive series of radio broadcasts called Rambling Corca Baiscinn from Monday April 10th. This 6 part series of programs will re-create the rambling house of our near past. 6 locations have been selected from across West Clare to host evenings of song, music and story connected to the local area. Each program has been carefully researched to source music, story, history and a diversity of contributors to celebrate their Place.The programmes are pre-recorded and will be broadcast on Mondays after the 1 oclock news. Its aim is to rekindle a spirit of community and to share collective identity, drawing its inspiration from the Rambling House and ‘cuaird’ traditions.
