Whether you are starting a new garden or looking to re-vamp part of an existing one, it can be hard to know where to start. Starting a new garden, or area, can be overwhelming and sometimes it is hard to know where to begin. The more you know about your garden space, the easier the decision will be. It is usually easier if you break it down into steps and by learning these things about your space, you will have a head start in understanding what jobs need to be done before you can start planting.. So this is what we are looking at today, where to start and how to proceed, in steps, to reach an achievable goal…

Lorna has delivered conference papers at Oxford; Lincoln College: Exploration of the Medieval Gaelic Diet: (2012); seminar papers at the Moore Institute in NUI Galway, ‘The Gaelic Lordships in Thomond, c. 1400-c.1500’ and papers at Irish Conference of Medievalists on themes of Brian Boru and landscape of East Clare. Lorna has published on medieval themes and on maritime subjects. Her research areas are the MacNamaras and O’Briens of Thomond.

Lorna received her Certificate for the Advancement of Forensic Genealogy (CAFG) in Dallas in March 2015.

They also look at the Clare Senior Footballer’s 2.20 to 1.09 win over Waterford on Saturday which brings them into the Munster Final. They look at Clare’s defeat to Limerick in Rd 1 of the Munster Hurling Championship in Ennis on Sunday. Adrian chats with Clare GAA Chairman Kieran Keating at the Clare/Limerick game on Sunday. Adrian was there on Sunday to catch Clare Hurling manager, Brian Lohan talk to about Clare’s defeat after the game in Cusack Park.

Have you ever thought “What can I grow here, that will survive these conditions?” Well, you can grow many things, if you provide the right conditions. Unfortunately this will mean that you have to put the work in to get the results.
