A weekly 30-minute space for Christian prayer, song and devotion. It is presented by the Kilkee Prayer Group led by Anne Haugh and Kathleen Ryan and joined in by Donnie Dillon, Anne Marie Harte and Antonio Cebas. It is an invitation to engage in Christian worship through prayer and song, as well as to reflect on the lives of the Saints whose feast day we celebrate. All listeners at home are invited to add their own prayers and petitions and together with those of the group offer them in unison to the Grace of the Lord and our Blessed Lady.

Lorna has published on medieval themes and on maritime subjects. Her research areas are the MacNamaras and O’Briens of Thomond.

Lorna received her Certificate for the Advancement of Forensic Genealogy (CAFG) in Dallas in March 2015.

Radio Beams – Kevin Keane Winner of All Ireland and World Titles.

Radio Beams guest this week is former native of Kilmona Kevin Keane.
Kevin has won an All Ireland hurling medal with Dublin, he also won national set dancing titles with his dancing partners.
Kevin also won a world title in set dancing in the UK in 1988.
Kevin has written many poems, recitations and got them in to print.

She got help from Madge O Callaghan in editing the book. Sarah also host a regular zoom on the issues of fatigue and support.

Radio Beams show this weeks is with John Conroy from New Quay who does a lot of work in Uganda since 2007 .He also has a business that help eople over 50 to keep and get fit.
He has a lot of groups around Clare that he does fitness on zoom during the pandemic . Hope to go back to meeting people in the next few months. He does fitness for GAA teams as well.
