Radio Beams show this week is with well known Jim Cronin from Bridgetown. He is an organic farmer who grows vegetable and packs them and sells them in Killaloe and Limerick .
Jim is from Ennistymon town,went abroad for a while. Then bought a farm in Loop head . Stayed there for 8 yrs. Then bough a 16 acre farm in Bridgetown.
Jim is in big demand to teach and gives talks.

She speaks frankly about her Spina Bifida and how she has challenged perception that disabled people should be see and not heard. She have challenged perceptions that disabled people should not have relationships. She talks about her boyfriends and social media.

Radio Beams show this week is with well know Fiona Staunton Dementia Advisor at the Alzheimer Center at Cuan An Clar on the grounds of Cahercalla Community Hospital. Fiona says there is now 1,700 people in Clare having dementia in Clare. At varying degrees. The Center is open for a small group at a time to do exercise and network. Fiona herself had Parkinson’s condition which she speak about openly.

Radio Beams this weeks show is with well know Dr Siobhan O Connor manager of Clare Haven Services. Where the organisation does tremendous work over 30 years supporting women in abusive relationships. By a number of actions. Like shelter, accompanying women to court to give testimony against their partner. Education. Improving legislation,devising new legislation. Been an active member in the Clare Network on violence against women.

Radio Beams show this week is well know Phillip Brennan born in Ennis and now lives in Newmarket on Fergus.
Left home at 15 to become a Christian Brother and 5yrs later met his late wife. Phillip loves art and have exhibited in many places.
Also written a few books, and also loves Bird Watching. One day he spotted 96 species of birds.

Radio Beams show this week is with well know Mark Helmore who lives in Mount Vernon on the Flaggy Shore in New Quay.

Mark is the owner of one of the older houses in Clare and renovated in the last 20 years. Where he rents it out to families on short holidays.
Seamus Heaney was a regular visitor before he died. He wrote a wonderful poem about it.

Radio Beams show this week is with well know Melanie Lennon Sales and Marketing Manager of Cliffs of Moher Visitor Center .
Cliffs of Moher Visitor Center numbers have grown since it was developed. Clare County Council build the center. Many people visited the cliffs to see the specular view and surrounding areas.
In 2019 1.5 million visited the cliffs .
Burren and Cliffs of Moher UNESCO is now world famous.
Many home grown business display their business at the Cliffs. So that visitors can sample the delights of the area.

Radio Beams show this week in well know owners of Moring Dew Cafe and Gift Shop in Corofin. Both Nadaa and Nolan came from Canada to try this new adventure in Corofin.
With Jack a former son of the owner of Campbells pub in the village of Corofin.
Both are very excited about the move to a village setting in north Clare .
Both are from Toronto in Canada.

Melanie talks about the origins of the Cliffs of Moher Experience.
Where over decades tourist visited the Cliffs in small numbers. Since the development over 25 years ago the numbers have reached one million and a quarter in 2019.
Melanie travels to many parts of the world promoting tourism and tells visitors about the offering at the Cliffs and the wider area of the Burren. Also invites local producers to show their products at the Cliffs.
