Radio Beams show Tuesday is with Ollie and Marcella Casey from Lissycasey. Ollie at 13 now writes beautiful poetry and he is also Transgender.
He speaks about this along with his mother Marcella. Their family have received great support and Ollie states in his poetry is about love and especially loves his family.
Ollie has recited his poetry in the Library in Ennis.

Radio Beams show this week is with well know Dr Ciarian O Murchadha author of The College of St Flannan at Ennis. Ciarian has written 4 other books.
St Flannans College started prior to the famine in Springfield House in Harmony Road.
Ciarian say the late Canon Ruben Butler encouraged him to write a history book on the origins of the college to to present day.
He also thank many of the past and present teachers in helping him to produce this incredible book.

John is a retired UK Policeman after 31 yrs..
While John and his wife now live in west Clare . Managing a cattery. John still manages bands and a night club in the UK. He has many stories of meeting the greats in rock and roll and blues music.
Plus his home is full of albums ,cd ,tapes or many great artist he met along the way.

Radio Beams show this week is with well know Fr Harry Bohan now 85 and semi retired parish priest of Sixmilbridge.
Harry has a written 5 books and is about to launch his latest book called Reflection of 6 decades of change in Irish Society to mark 60 years a priest.
Harry also has been deeply involved in community in many ways.
1st Leader funding ,building of 2,300 rural housing, Clare hurling team and many other projects.

Elaine came to West Clare in early nineties with her two children from Dublin.
The Clare Women’s Collective formally know as the Clare Women’s
Network works out of Clonroad Rd Centre.
Focusing on the issues of the day and long term struggling to gain equality for women in society.

Born in Ennis , went to Dublin to study childcare. Learned to play music and loved the gigs in Dublin. Fell in love with her now husband a talented musician.
.Came back to live in Milltown Malbay.
Over the years she connected with song pals and developed her music. Complete to albums.

Later became CEO.
