VACANCY: Administrator

Hrs per week 39

Duties include

  • Responsibility for maintaining accounts systems
  • All transactions for purchases, sales, invoicing, payments received/made.
  • Lodgements, reconciliations and general book keeping.
  • Monthly reports.
  • Monthly cash flow forecast
  • Pay roll and payslips
  • PAYE/PRSI
  • Liaises with main funders in administrative capacity
  • Maintains and organises filing system
